If You Are Interested in My Wedding
Services in Tucson, Arizona

I would love to answer any questions you may have about my services. Please feel free to contact me by phone or email. If you would like, let me know your phone number in your email and some good times to reach you. While email is welcomed, speaking to you directly by phone can be a nice way to communicate and share wedding ideas. If you are in Tucson, we can also meet in person to discuss your ceremony wishes and vision. Whichever your preference, let me know the date or tentative date and time of your wedding, the location, and number of guests, or whatever you know about your wedding now so that I may better estimate my fees.

For your convenience, I've included information about obtaining your marriage license below on this page. You may also find a printable PDF of this site in the footer of this page.

Meanwhile, I invite you to visit my wedding blog for tips on Creating Your Meaningful Wedding Ceremony and Reflections on the Meaning of Marriage. One post lists the Most Popular Wedding Venues and Locations in Tucson.

Thank you ... and I appreciate your interest!

How to Get Married in Tucson, Arizona

~ You can apply for your marriage license Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm at the Pima County Superior Court Building on the corner of Church and Congress in downtown Tucson.

- You must both appear at the court house with a valid identification card. You must be 18 years of age. If 16 or 17, contact the court for requirements. You must marry and return your license within 12 months or it will expire.

~ The current fee for a marriage license is $83 in the form of cash, check, money order, or cashier’s check made out to: Clerk of Superior Court. There is no blood test requirement or waiting period requirement. Two witnesses 18 years or older and the wedding officiant must sign the license. The license must be returned for recording in 20 days.

I suggest checking the Pima County Clerk of the Superior Court website or calling the Pima County Clerk at (520) 724-3210 to verify information, as it may change.
